Class Registration Opens For the 25th Annual Training High Technology Conference And Expo
Roseville, CA (PRWEB) August 06, 2015 -- The High Technology Crime Investigation Association (HTCIA) announces class registration has now opened for the 25th Annual Conference that is being held from August 30 through September 2, 2015, in Orlando, Florida at the Rosen Shingle Creek Hotel. With five major tracks to choose from, this conference is the most ambitious ever.
Ronald J. Wilczynski, 2015 HTCIA Marketing Chair for the conference and past HTCIA International President, explained: “This training conference has tracks such as Open Source Intelligence, Critical Infrastructure Protection, Cyber Security, Computer Forensics and, of course, Mobile Forensics. If a small sample of classes being offered such as “Investigating Social Networking Sites”, “Spot the Hacker”, “Cyber Security Incident Response” or “Connecting the Dots by Following Digital Breadcrumbs” is of interest to your organization or your staff in fulfilling your mission, then this is the conference to attend.”
Mr. Wilczynski continued, “An attendee can also expect to see diverse classes such as “Forensic Analysis of Drones”, or “Terrorist and Technology”. As is typical for our training conferences, top instructors who are leaders in their fields will challenge the students from beginning practitioners to experienced professionals. There will be more: Industry leaders such as ProDiscover, Guidance Software, Magnet Forensics, AccessData, Sumuri, Cellebrite, BlackBag Technologies, NUIX, MSAB, and ADF Solutions will each be providing cutting edge training and/or certifications. But the best part of this conference is the price. We are a non-profit and work very hard to provide value for the training dollar. We achieve this by receiving tremendous financial cooperation from our vendors and sponsors. Those who are interested and wish to see a full list of classes, should visit the conference website HTCIAconference.org.”
For those who enjoy golf and wish to contribute to a noble cause, HTCIA will for the first time host a Golf Tournament to benefit the Red Circle Foundation. This foundation is a rapid funding force that responds within hours to help military families of fallen and wounded U.S. Special Operations heroes who are in need, and provides scholarships for their children. Many charities that serve the Special Operations community can take weeks or months to deliver funds. This Foundation acts within minutes to provide immediate assistance to bridge the funding gap.
Conference Chair and 1st Vice President Peter Morin added, “Former Navy SEAL Brandon Webb has created a Foundation that steps in immediately when the need fills a void created by tragedy. I am honored HTCIA and this conference can help the foundation achieve its goals and I encourage anyone who wants to help to visit either websites: RedCircleFoundation.org or HTCIAgolf.org ”
