Dominion Dealer Solutions announced today that its dealer management system, Dominion ACCESS®, is now in active deployment of approved integration with J.D. Power’s Power Information Network® (PIN). PIN now integrates Dominion ACCESS into J.D. Power’s advanced PowerDealer tool to create customized, real-time F&I reports. PIN is available to franchised dealer nationwide. Furthermore, additional features are available to NADA’s 20 Group members through 20 Group Live reports.

Power Information Network® (PIN), provided by J.D. Power, is a managed online software system where franchised dealers log in to access current data on daily point-of-sale transactions. PIN serves over 12,000 franchises throughout Canada and the United States.

“Dominion dealers that participate in the Power Information Network will have access to competitive market insights, updated daily, through PowerDealer that will help drive better business results for their new-vehicles, used-car inventory and F&I departments,” said Matthew Racho, senior director of PIN product management at J.D. Dominion ACCESS includes a sales and leasing module which dealers utilize to manage the sales process, from prospect creation through closing the deal on a new or used vehicle. Dominion ACCESS includes reports pertaining to deal maintenance, sales analysis and history, financial source and analysis, address, contact information and defaults for all lending sources and insurance companies, sales tax and miscellaneous tax collection, and more.

Dominion ACCESS customers now have the following reports through PIN in real-time:

  •     New and used vehicle gross per unit
  •     Inventory on retail turn rate
  •     Which vehicles are selling
  •     Finance buy rates for new and used vehicles
  •     Up to 2 years of historical data with trending capability and goal-setting features
  •     Booking tool for used vehicles
  •     Google Maps and ZIP code lists for dealer’s sales

Sign up for PIN through J.D. Power to start receiving reports in real-time. Enrollment is complimentary and activated through a secure Web interface, with login and reporting available 24/7.
