Leading Cloud Company for Print Expands Its Network with Most Robust Press on the Market

August 11, 2015. HubCast, Inc. a global leader in cloud print solutions, has expanded its print production capabilities with the deployment of HP Indigo 10000 presses across its global print network. HubCast now has HP Indigo 10000 presses in eight 8 global locations: USA, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, UK, Turkey and Israel. The B2 (29-inch) format HP Indigo 10000 Digital Press produces virtually any commercial print job—with Indigo quality, substrate versatility and production flexibility. HubCast provides software technology that uses the cloud to manage the entire print procurement and delivery process through its global network of Print Supply Providers (PSPs).

Aron Blume, HubCast’s VP of Operations, said “We are very excited about this expansion of our press capabilities. HP’s Indigo 10000 is the most robust press on the market in the B2 format bracket and it will allow us to serve our global print customers faster, better and more economically. Leveraging Indigo 10000 presses, we are empowering our customers to take advantage of premium quality print, covering short to medium print run lengths and produce more items more economically than ever before."

HP Indigo 10000s allow HubCast to print formats up to 20” x 29" (B2 format), pocket folders, saddle-stitched landscape brochures/booklets, gatefolds and B2 posters in digital quantities more cost effectively. HubCast can do longer print runs and the crossover area between digital and offset will be more economical. HP Indigo 10000s supports heavier substrates; up to 150 lb cover - 18pt thickness - coated and uncoated stock. Printing 3,450 full size 29 inch sheets per hour (4/0) or 4,600 sheets per hour using Enhanced Productivity Mode (EPM), the press is capable of producing over two million color sheets per month.

HubCast has recently expanded its global print network to cover over 115 countries, making it increasingly valuable to enterprise companies frustrated with the traditional process of global printing. Companies have had two choices in order to meet the print needs of their global offices. They could order a large batch of print from their local printer, but would have to endure high costs in warehousing, fulfillment and shipping plus unpredictable customs delays. Or they could use international printers that are not familiar with their print needs, making the ordering and logistics process more difficult, especially with the time zone differences. HubCast solves this no-win situation by managing all aspects of the print process; from easy end-user ordering and commercial-grade print production to speedy delivery with financial and administrative reporting.

To celebrate this announcement, HubCast is currently running a promotion for its customers with free local shipping for the month of August.
