WESCO partnered with Dittman Incentive Marketing to create and manage an exciting travel experience for 900 guests on a Cruise of the Adriatic and Aegean Seas and to the Pacific coast of Costa Rica. The VIP Passport program rewards WESCOs customers for their loyalty to the brand, and includes one-of-a-kind excursions created specifically for WESCO winners. The IMA Circle of Excellence Award recognizes the program as an outstanding example of a Dealer Distributor incentive program.
The WESCO VIP program was not only an outstanding travel experience, but most importantly was a business success. WESCO customers qualified for one of two travel programs. The first consisted of a two-night stay at luxurious hotels in Venice, followed by a seven-night cruise of the Adriatic and Aegean Seas, designed for VIPs to explore Europe with ports of call including Athens, Dubrovnik, and Santorini. Along the way, each winner could choose to participate in expertly crafted shore excursions that included guided biking trips, wine and food tasting, and off-the-beaten path sightseeing. Three weeks later the second program took winners to tropical Costa Rica to explore the amazing scenery, embark on unique outdoor adventures, and relax during this getaway.
