YA Invests in Senior Hires to Further the Company’s Strategic Plan, Ultimately Enhancing Client Delivery

The three vice presidents will be dedicated to helping execute the company’s strategic plan by augmenting existing tools, products and processes while creating new product opportunities to achieve further success.

The three vice presidents will be dedicated to helping execute the company’s strategic plan by augmenting existing tools, products and processes while creating new product opportunities to achieve further success.

Tom Senn joined YA as Vice President of Client Insights and Analytics. Senn will work closely with the internal business and technology teams to grow and execute YA’s analytics and reporting platform. He will work to deliver analytics, such as offer profiling, customer profiling, segmentation analysis, and enhanced fraud prevention, to help YA clients make more informed decisions and obtain a greater return on their marketing investments.

Senn has a broad and diverse background in consumer insights and research. Most recently he was Vice President of Product Innovation and Consulting at Questar, LLC, a customer experience management company focused on the retail, restaurant, and healthcare verticals. Prior to that, Senn was with Aimia/Carlson Marketing as Director of Research and Customer Insights.

Senn holds a Master of Business Administration, Information and Decision Sciences degree from the University of Minnesota, as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in Actuarial Science from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.

Paul Vo joined YA as Vice President of Infrastructure and IT Operations. He will oversee all of YA’s internal IT infrastructure, compliance to SOC audits, and disaster recovery.

Prior to joining YA, Vo was Vice President of Information Technology at Scholarship America, where he led the application development, infrastructure, QA, and information security functions. Prior to that, he was Director of IT Infrastructure at Datacard Group. His vast years of IT experience includes working at other notable companies such as Target Corporation, Fair Isaac, Ameriprise Financial, and Navitaire.

Vo holds a Master of Business Administration from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts – Amherst, and a Bachelor of Science degree with an emphasis in Finance from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. In addition, he holds an ITILv3 Foundation Certification that serves as a framework for delivering IT services.

Mike Woyke has joined YA as Vice President of Product Development. Woyke and his team will create and execute the product development plan and will lead internal and partner resources to develop next-generation marketing solutions.

Woyke has a broad IT, project and product management background, most recently at Best Buy as a Product Owner for delivery of Best Buy’s online mobile shopping experience. His 15-plus years of experiences include working at other notable companies such as Dow Jones, United Health Group, and OPIN Systems. While at Dow Jones, Mike and his team won the SIIA CODie Award for the best solution for integrating content into workflow.

Woyke holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance from the University of St. Thomas and is a Certified Scrum Master.
