Yoga Studio to Open in Falcon, Colorado

Denise Widner, Falcon, CO, is opening Falcon Yoga in Falcon, Colorado, on September 1, 2015. Located in Woodmen Hills Market Place, Falcon Yoga will offer a variety of yoga styles for all levels, including Flow Classes, Kids Yoga, Family Yoga, Hot Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Yoga for Veterans (PTSD), Yoga for Cancer, Yoga for Menopause, Yoga for Low Back Pain, Yoga for Depression, Chair Yoga and Ayurveda Workshops for Yoga Teachers. http://www.falcon.yoga

Offered at convenient times, Falcon Yoga classes feature popular music and promote physical and mental benefits. Consistent class formats and certified instructors help students advance through different levels of classes as they progress in their yoga practice. Community Events and Wellness Workshops are offered to complement yoga practice and provide students the opportunity to meet new people and deepen their practice. Denise Widner is opening Falcon Yoga because she wanted to create a space where people in the eastern planes could practice yoga closer to home. “I am excited that I will be able to bring my passion and knowledge of yoga to my home community.”

Falcon Yoga features two yoga rooms. Coming soon will be a retail center offering herbs, jewelry, yoga mats and clothing.

New Students are offered one week of free yoga. A variety of membership packages and discounts are also available.

Denise grew up in Eastern El Paso County and has been a part of this community for over 38 years. She has been a yoga practitioner since 1998. She is a Registered Yoga Teacher at the 500 level, An Ayurveda Practitioner, A Reiki practitioner and is currently working on her Yoga Therapy Certification at the 800 level.
