Priori’s Legal Document and Form Learning Center features commonly-used, high-quality, and lawyer drafted and annotated documents and contracts, which serve as a basis for efficient lawyer-client communication.

Priori Legal, a curated legal marketplace that connects small and medium sized businesses and high-growth startups with a vetted network of lawyers, announces today the launch of the Priori Legal Document and Form Learning Center. The Center provides businesses access to a range of commonly-used, high-quality documents. All documents in the Center are drafted and annotated by Priori lawyers--who have undergone an extensive vetting process prior to admission to Priori’s exclusive network. The annotations on each document arm clients with a baseline level of knowledge about the strategic and context-specific decisions that go into crafting smart legal documents, positioning clients to ask the right questions and work with lawyers as efficiently as possible.

“Since we launched, we’ve had many clients who used do-it-yourself resources or simply reappropriated documents and contracts designed for other companies who come to us in trouble because their document didn’t operate how they anticipated,” says Basha Rubin, CEO and Co-Founder. “With the new Legal Document and Form Learning Center, we’ve elevated these sorts of documents, by giving clients multiple lawyer-drafted examples of the same document for comparison and including extensive annotations to highlight the strategic decisions that influence legal drafting. While these documents will never replace the need to talk to a lawyer, they will educate clients about their options and the types of questions they need to ask, ultimately rendering interaction with a lawyer more efficient and thus, more cost-effective.”

Legal Document and Form Learning Center documents are available at no charge. The Center contains a selection of legal documents, ranging from non-disclosure to employment to operating agreements, often with multiple examples of each from different Priori network lawyers, all geared towards business’s legal needs. The launch of the Priori Legal Document and Form Learning Center is the company’s latest example of fulfilling its mission to add greater transparency and efficiency to lawyer-client relationships.

Founded by Basha Frost Rubin and Mirra Levitt, Priori was created to serve an unmet need amongst small to medium businesses and high-growth startups for cost-effective and high-quality legal services. By offering a net-15 percent discount and exclusive fixed fee packages, Priori is also bringing an unprecedented level of value and transparency to legal pricing. Priori Legal has quickly become known for its rigorous vetting process for attorneys joining their network, resulting in an acceptance rate of about 20 percent. Once accepted, Priori works with each individual lawyer to establish a fee schedule, which includes discounted rates in the form of flat fee packages and hourly rates.
