The Center provides businesses access to a range of commonly-used, high-quality documents. All documents in the Center are drafted and annotated by Priori lawyers--who have undergone an extensive vetting process prior to admission to Priori’s exclusive network. The annotations on each document arm clients with a baseline level of knowledge about the strategic and context-specific decisions that go into crafting smart legal documents, positioning clients to ask the right questions and work with lawyers as efficiently as possible.

Legal Document and Form Learning Center documents are available at no charge. The Center contains a selection of legal documents, ranging from non-disclosure to employment to operating agreements, often with multiple examples of each from different Priori network lawyers, all geared towards business’s legal needs.
