An industry leader in direct mail and printing is receiving rave reviews for its full range of services.

Representatives with iti Direct Mail announced today that its full range of personalized printing and mailing services has been a huge success with customers.

“Since the time we added the full range of personalized printing and mailing services a few months ago, the response has been outstanding,” said Alan Barseghian, marketing director of iti Direct Mail, whose specialty product is printing mail merged letters with personalized appearing envelopes that do not look like junk mail. “Customers have told us that they really like the fact that we’re setup as a one-stop shop to help businesses accomplish marketing goals using a variety of services to get great results.

Barseghian explained that the added services that have been a big hit with customers include: Envelopes with handwritten fonts ( ; Snap Packs, which can be personalized to the clients’ needs; Mail merged letters and a variety of printing services including newsletter printing services (

“We use handwritten fonts which give you a powerful advantage over the competition by personalizing the look of your envelope,” Barseghian stressed, before adding, “Handwritten fonts immediately take away the look of junk mail and catch the reader's attention much faster than other pieces of mail.”

The company spokesman went on to point out that another service it added in which customers have reported positive feedback on is its Snap Pack Printing, which consists of self-mailers ( with pressure sealed forms that require the recipient to tear off the perforated edges of the mail piece to open it.

A Snap Pack, according to Barseghian, is constructed from a single piece of paper that is folded and sealed closed with glue on the edges and mailed without an envelope.

He noted that most Snap Packs are 8.5x11 or 8.5x14 size.

When it comes to businesses utilizing its mail merge service, Barseghain, said businesses benefit from a process of integrating raw data from a mailing list with a standard letter.

“The result is one customized letter per client name that contains particular information that comes from your mailing list,” Barseghian said. “They’ll have letters that appear professional and friendly, and letters that do not portray mass mailings, which are usually interpreted as junk mail and are ignored by most people.”

In addition to the wide range of services it offers, Barseghian noted that customers are in love with the fact that his company also helps their business with direct mail cost-saving measures.

“We have some of the lowest minimums in the industry, our letter printing services which is the core of our business has only 50 pieces for minimum,” Barseghian, before adding, “Our e-commerce site has been modified to accommodate smaller clients that place regular orders. Unlike our competition we spent time with all clients to recommend products that will benefit them most. Regardless of the order size we consult with each client initially (free of charge) to make recommendations for your letter printing package which we feel will benefit them greatly based on our experience from the past 12 years.”
