RanchByOwner.com Revolutionizes the ‘For Sale by Owner’ Land Industry

After researching ‘land for sale by owner’ website services, Maxwell found there were none providing this service effectively and in favor of both the seller and the buyer, saying: “I had heard stories of owners attempting to sell their farm or ranch on Craigslist or in the local paper with no or bad results”.
This is the only website of its kind and it has been created to help owners and buyers get out from under the umbrella of commercial real-estate and reap the benefits of the self-serve land and property industry. Owners can sell their land without paying a real-estate commission.
