REV, Measurabl Partner to Bring Sustainability to Small Businesses
San Diego, California (PRWEB) August 19, 2015 -- Measurabl, the startup for sustainability data management, analytics, and reporting, has partnered with REV, the pioneer of a peer-learning sustainability curriculum for businesses, to bring enterprise sustainability software to small businesses. The partnership will allow members of REV’s peer cohorts to deploy Measurabl for free during during their training period, and at a discount upon graduation.
"We are excited to be working with Measurabl to help our customers easily obtain their utility usage data and to facilitate quantification of their savings. This will make our customers' Sustainability Action Plans even more powerful and compelling!" -Elliot Hoffman, REV CEO
REV developed Sustainability Circles® to empower sustainable practices across organizations. Businesses, municipalities, and institutions are given the resources and coaching to co-create sustainability programs customized to their business. The outcome of Circle participation is an action- and results-driven sustainability plan encompassing both large and small-scale initiatives.
“Sustainability isn’t just for Fortune 500 companies” says Matt Ellis, Measurabl’s CEO and Founder, “and enterprise quality software shouldn’t be either.” “REV has figured out how to bring sustainability best practices to small and medium-sized business that have been ignored by the sustainability movement to-date. Our partnership gives these small businesses access to the same software typically available only to large, deep pocketed organizations.”
Measurabl’s software is being used by REV Circle participants to automatically collect, quality assure and benchmark utility data in ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager, calculate their carbon footprint, and track and analyze energy and water use. They’re also able to create investment grade sustainability reports and track progress towards their goals.
The long term goal of the partnership is to give small to medium sized business across the U.S. free access to sustainability software, then track their progress across a range of environmental and social indicators progress as a cohort.
