DiscoverOrg Named to the Inc. 5000 for the Fifth Year in a Row
VANCOUVER, Wash. (PRWEB) August 12, 2015 -- Inc. magazine ranked DiscoverOrg (discoverorg.com), the leading sales and marketing intelligence solution, No. 783 on its exclusive list of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies.
DiscoverOrg has been named to the Inc. 5000 every year since 2011, this year ranking 68th out of 336 software companies and 16th out of 107 Washington-based companies. Over the past three years, the company has grown by 569 percent and added 58 new jobs. DiscoverOrg is well-known in the Portland Metro area for boosting the local job market by fostering one of the nation’s most innovative and disruptive technology communities.
“We’ve had a great year, and this esteemed recognition from Inc. commemorates our hard work and unwavering determination,” said Henry Schuck, CEO of DiscoverOrg. “Our team has reached many important milestones this year, and we’re already planning for our next phase of growth.”
DiscoverOrg recently acquired iProfile, the pioneer of sales intelligence for the technology industry, and is in the process of adding 150 new employees to its team. Earlier this year, the company released the world’s largest database of safe harbor-compliant EMEA decision makers and expanded its finance dataset to cover more of its clients’ target companies.
"The story of this year’s Inc. 5000 is the story of great leadership. In an incredibly competitive business landscape, it takes something extraordinary to take your company to the top,” says Inc. President and Editor-In-Chief Eric Schurenberg. “You have to remember that the average company on the Inc. 5000 grew nearly six-fold since 2012. Business owners don’t achieve that kind of success by accident."
The annual Inc. 5000 event honoring all the companies on the list will be held from October 21 through October 23 in Orlando. Speakers include some of the greatest entrepreneurs of this and past generations, such as Marcus Lemonis, host of the CNBC show “The Profit,” Robert Herjavec, one of the main "sharks" on ABC-TV’s “Shark Tank,” KIND Founder and CEO Daniel Lubetzky, and Co-Founder of Goodshop.com JJ Ramberg.
