Bike Miami Valley Launches New Bike Parking Program to Help Greater Dayton Businesses and Neighborhoods
Dayton, Ohio (PRWEB) August 17, 2015 -- Bike Miami Valley and Dero have teamed up to help Greater Dayton companies and communities meet the growing demand for bike parking. Bike Miami Valley has over 30 years of experience advocating for better bicycling in the Miami Valley and Dero has been a leader in bike parking since 1995. As an official Dero Dealer, Bike Miami Valley has the local knowledge, expertise, and products to help Miami Valley businesses and developers welcome bicycle riders.
"We’re more than avid bicyclists at Bike Miami Valley – it’s our mission. We know all too well the challenges and frustrations people encounter when trying to find secure bike parking. We hear about it frequently. We make recommendations that we, as cyclists, would use,” says Emmy Fabich, Program Manager. “This is a great opportunity for us to reach out to local companies to let them know we’re here to help. The business community plays an integral part in the bike friendliness and vitality of our community. By making the choice to provide good quality bicycle parking, businesses are investing in people who ride.”
Bike Miami Valley will help customers navigate bike parking standards and permits, recommend quality bike racks to best meet their needs, and offer free site visits. Bike Miami Valley’s partnership with Dero enables the organization to offer exceptional customer service locally, quick turn-around for quotes and invoices, and free CAD layouts. All bike parking sales benefit Bike Miami Valley’s bike advocacy efforts.
