HCB Health Selected to Promote Austin Regional Clinic ACCESS Program

The ARC ACCESS campaign encourages patients to contact ARC for all their healthcare needs, and to take advantage of new 24/7 online and phone services. Patients can book or request their own appointments online or call during off-peak hours, including weekends, to schedule appointments.
“People tend to call Monday morning to schedule an appointment if they get sick or injured during the weekend. Patients can also easily access test results, message their care team, and print immunization records at any time convenient to them, among other communication improvements. The ARC ACCESS program is designed to avoid frustrating telephone waits during times of high call volume and create an increasingly positive patient experience.
HCB Health will use traditional, digital and social media to help expand ARC ACCESS internally throughout the ARC system, leading its staff to promote patient awareness during visits, as well as externally to existing and potential patients.
The new appointment scheduling services and online patient portal are the most recent patient-centric innovations implemented by ARC. Other convenient healthcare services offered at ARC include same-day appointments, all-night nurse triage, multiple specialties and locations, and acceptance of over 50 insurance plans.
HCB will begin working on the campaign this month with the initial roll-out to begin in early fall.
