Brad T. (Tony) Summers joined Ball Janik LLP in 1991 and is a partner in the Bankruptcy and Creditor Rights group. His principal areas of practice are bankruptcy and debtor-creditor law, workouts and business transactions. He has represented numerous debtors-in-possession, trustees, creditors’ committees, and secured creditors in Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases. He also represents parties seeking to make acquisitions from distressed businesses.
