ZOOM+Specialists replaces traditional, complex specialist care with a collaborative, on-demand experience. ZOOM+Specialists board-certified doctors work closely with their colleagues at OHSU (Oregon Health Sciences University) to provide radical access to world class care including Cardiology, Dermatology, Ear-Nose-Throat, Gastroenterology, Gynecology, Orthopedics, Podiatry, and others to be named.
Evaluations and procedures are scheduled online by mobile phone and do not need a referral. Visits are collaborative in nature and take place both online via ZOOM+Specialist Video Visits and in person at ZOOM+Specialist Advanced Care Studio -- a coworking inspired environment where provider teams are incentivized to provide the right care and to avoid unnecessary procedures. The team uses a unique project-based platform to create a project plan and continue treatment until the patient says the condition is resolved. Patients can monitor their projects on their phones through ZOOM+Mobile.
ZOOM+ Performance Health Insurance members enjoy access to specialists for $0-$30 copay for office and video visits. Non-members will have access to advanced care services through other insurance plans or self-pay the flat price of $200 per visit.
