Northern Virginia Technology Council Seeks Nominations for the 2015 Tech Awards
(PRWEB) August 18, 2015 -- The Northern Virginia Technology Council (NVTC) is seeking nominations for the Tech Awards, a program recognizing influential leaders and innovative companies/firms in the Greater Washington region's technology community.
The Awards will be presented at NVTC's TechCelebration Annual Banquet on Oct. 19, 2015. Nominations are due by Sept. 4, 2015 in the following categories:
• Tech Company of the Year (Under $50 million and over $50 million in revenue): Presented to two technology companies that have proven their dedication, vision and ability to make things happen by working with a sustained, strategic business plan to grow into players in the area's tech industry.
• Tech Executive of the Year: Presented to a C-Level executive with a proven track record of substantial contributions in the technology industry in the Greater Washington region.
• NVTC Associate Member of the Year: Recognizing the important contributions of NVTC Associate member companies (law firms, investors, bankers, accountants and other service providers) in Northern Virginia’s technology ecosystem.
• Innovative Use of Technology: This unique award highlights the region's "tech-enabled" companies/firms that demonstrate exemplary competency in utilizing or creating current or disruptive technology to solve business problems and drive results.
