Blueprint, a global leader in driving IT project success by de-risking and accelerating complex software projects, is proud to share the 2015 year in review. The year was highlighted by more than 50% year-over-year growth, which was the second consecutive year of hyper-growth for the company. There were many Fortune 1000 customer acquisitions with a strong representation in highly regulated industries. This year Blueprint delivered major product enhancements to help customers improve product delivery and speed to market.
“Fiscal Year 2015 was very exciting for Blueprint since we were able to grow the momentum that we initiated last year. We continue to see tremendous opportunity as the market validates the importance of requirements in large, complex IT projects. Blueprint is emerging as a true leader in this domain,’’ said Dan Shimmerman, CEO, Blueprint. “We have added an impressive roster of new enterprise customers and expanded our executive team to include veteran ‘A players’. We are well capitalized and I anticipate continued hyper growth in the coming year.”
This year, Blueprint acquired new customers across industries including HCC Insurance, Sallie Mae, Intercontinental Hotels Group and EIS. Customers are leveraging Blueprint for improved traceability, auto test generation, increased visibility for management and reuse across the enterprise. More and more, organizations are realizing the Blueprint helps to de-risk and accelerate large, complex IT projects.
Blueprint delivered three significant product releases in the past fiscal year. The Blueprint solution empowers organizations to:
- Speed up project delivery by automatically configuring Blueprint to match certain standards, processes or development approaches, through the use of ‘accelerators’, including one for enterprise Agile adoption and one for non-functional requirements.
- Improve their ability to enforce standards and policies, as well as gain efficiencies and quality improvements through the reuse of requirements.
- Break down collaboration barriers by providing all stakeholders the ability to participate in requirements discussions via email, provide input, validate assumptions, and answer questions
- Customer-driven enhancements to meet customers’ specific needs and interests.
These new and expanded capabilities position Blueprint’s leading edge and flagship product as best in class.
