Based in Dallas, Ms. Shipp will help homebuilders, developers, lenders and related professionals identify new leads and leverage Metrostudy’s proprietary data to help them make the right long-term investment decisions. A graduate of University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a degree in Landscape Architecture, Shipp began her career as a Landscape Designer and Land Planner with TBG Partners and PBS&J. She is a full member of The Urban Land Institute and holds a real estate broker’s license with The Texas Real Estate Commission. With more than 15 years in real estate and development, most recently with John Burns Real Estate Consulting, she has deep, long-standing relationships with the local Dallas-Fort Worth community and building industry.
Prior to joining Metrostudy, Shipp spent two years at John Burns Real Estate Consulting, six years at Mercedes Homes and held positions with Hines, HFF, L.P. and LanArc Design, Inc.
