Thermal Building Inspection Pty Ltd, a building inspection company located in Perth, has sought the service of a Melbourne based software developer to develop software for them.
The software, which is being developed by Anahata, a software development company in Melbourne, will be used by Thermal Building Inspection to produce automated reports as well as compliance certificates for building inspection.
Mr Pablo Rodriguez, the founder of the Melbourne based software development company Anahata, stated that the software is going to help Thermal Building Inspection Pty Ltd. improve their efficiency. He stated that after the software is made, the findings, photos and details from buildings under inspection could be inserted as input into the software. Based on these inputs, it could easily generate a compliance certificate as output. This certificate would later be forwarded to client and the software would store a copy of this certificate for future reference
According to Pablo Rodriguez, the software would have other application modules including scheduling, booking, invoicing and quoting. The software will also run on multiple platforms including Mac, Windows and Linux OS.
Thermal building inspection pty ltd, while reacting to the news through her PRO, Mr Ryan Allier, stated that the developed software is something that the company have been looking forward too. He further added that from the information they have so far, the software is already at the testing phase and that the software would soon be delivered to Thermal building inspection pty ltd.
He concluded by saying, “TBI hopes that the software would aid in improving the speed of generating their building inspection reports”.
