Mycoskie, speaking on his inspiring TOMS Eyewear from his trips, explains: “I saw people begging on the street. The social worker told me they were once employed, but then they developed a cataract and couldn’t work and had to start begging. I saw the real effects of vision impairment in the developing world.”
