Chris Casa has been named to the new position of chief marketing officer for North American Title Group (NATG). He was elevated from his position as director of marketing and education for North American Title Insurance Co.(NATIC), NATG’s affiliated underwriter, where he served for three years.
“This is an exciting time to be working in the real estate industry,” said Tom Fischer, NATG president and CEO. “With the economy on a more normal footing and the demand for housing in a growth mode for the foreseeable future, this is an opportunity for all of the North American Title subsidiaries to find new pathways to success and to strengthen our brand and market share across the country. That is why we have expanded our organization to include this new position and promoted Chris Casa to fill it.”
As chief marketing officer, Casa will oversee NATG’s marketing and communications efforts, including promotional marketing and branding strategies, communication systems, distribution, data analytics, measurement and tracking, public and media relations, market research, content marketing, seminars, and education. Working with the senior management, sales, marketing and education teams, he will use his operations skillset to achieve efficiencies and company goals in all aspects of marketing. One particular area of focus will be using analytics to develop a company-wide marketing materials and distribution program that will include campaign selection, audience development, distribution channels and audience response metrics.
Casa has 16 years of content marketing and business development experience. Prior to joining NATIC, he was a founding member of October Research LLC, a multimedia publishing company in the real estate, settlement services and mortgage industries.
“Over the past three years at NATIC, I spearheaded a positive culture shift with the rollout of our Customer Relationship Management platform and implemented a marketing and communications strategy to benefit our agents and arm employees to promote NATIC as an industry thought leader and educational resource,” said Casa. “I look forward to bringing my skills to the entire organization, implementing programs and systems on a broader scale that will build on our current strengths. Two specific areas of focus will be creating platforms for collaboration with our family of companies and expanding our content marketing and education efforts.”
