The combination leverages Assess Systems’ proven I/O-based talent management science with’s innovative, data-driven talent sourcing and hiring solutions, creating a single platform that enables organizations to build and develop world-class workforces. The combination of the two companies was driven by Trident Capital, which provided new capital to the combined companies to support future growth and provided liquidity for certain existing investors.

The new combined company is well positioned for growth in the global HR analytics and assessment market, a market that exceeds $5 billion annually and is expanding more than 10 percent per year.
