Fort Lauderdale, FL (PRWEB) August 22, 2015
Miami-based fitness brand elements® has opened a brand new location in South Florida. Its popular fitness and lifestyle brand for women has plans for expansion into an adjoining space to add its newly branded thinspa® amenities, as well as a full retail area.
Chris Palumbo, owner of elements®:
“elements® has made a clear departure from simply a fitness brand and has evolved into a total lifestyle brand. The company has made significant investments over the past 5 years, including regional investments into 1800 WEIGHT LOSS, The Results Weight Loss Chain, Slimberry and eco® natural product lines, as well as the creation of our own BalanceDiet™ and thinspa® brands. Lifestyle is the trend, and this move positions our company and partners for a very bright future.”
The new club is located in the popular Oakland Park section of Ft. Lauderdale, in close proximity to the famed beachfront. Approximately, $250,000 in improvements, as well as all new equipment will be included in this newly designed space. Some of the modern amenities in the space include a Power Plate, whole body vibration technology; Matrix fitness equipment, and thinspa®, a spa that offers weight loss and and health-focused services.
Ft. Lauderdale marks elements® fifth South Florida location, and a significant investment into the region, including hiring a Regional Growth Director and Regional Development and Support Team. The South Beach fitness and lifestyle brand now includes 37 clubs in the US and internationally, as well as branded product lines and media channels.
elements® is a family of fitness, health, and lifestyle brands like thinspa®, BalanceDiet™, elements®fitness, and others. elements® offers membership-based fitness, diet, weight loss, and spa services as well as branded product lines throughout a network of wholly owned, as well as franchised health clubs and outposts.
elements® is proud to partner with native fashion designer and event producer Kristen Alyce, CEO and Designer for Garbage Gone Glam, an eco-conscious company that turns business waste into beautiful couture cocktail dresses and ball gowns. The designers intentions are to make people think twice about their impact on the planet.
“When people are more conscious about their own health and their own bodies, they are more aware of the environment that surrounds them, " Alyce says, "it’s a reminder to take care of our planet as we care for ourselves.”
Alyce’s designs have been featured around the globe and have made a big impact on digital media through Cosmopolitan, Refinery29, Good Morning America, and Yahoo! News to name a few.
At the Grand Opening on Thursday, August 27, 2015, attendees will get to meet and greet with Owner, Rodolfo Salas of elements® Fort Lauderdale as well as CEO & Designer, Kristen Alyce of Garbage Gone Glam. The beautiful Brooke Novic will wear the elements® custom cocktail dress for the first time before walking the runway.
