LynnCo Supply Chain Solutions Announces Minority Owned Business and Women’s Business Enterprise Re-Certifications
Tulsa, OK (PRWEB) August 19, 2015 -- LynnCo Supply Chain Solutions Inc. has officially announced that its national certification as a Minority Owned Business (MBE) and a Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE) has been renewed. LynnCo has been certified in both standings since 2009.
The WBE re-certification is awarded by the Women’s Business Council Southwest, a regional certifying partner of the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC). WBENC is the most widely recognized and respected certification in the United States for women’s business enterprises. In order to achieve re-certification, LynnCo underwent a meticulous process including an in-depth review of the business and site inspection. The re-certification process is designed to confirm the business has maintained at least 51% ownership, operation, and control by a woman or women.
Similarly, the MBE re-certification is awarded by the Southwest Minority Supplier Diversity Council (SMSDC), an affiliate of the National Minority Supplier Diversity Council (NMSDC). The council assists corporations and public sector agencies in creating a business environment that promotes access and increases opportunities for minority-owned businesses.
CEO Anisya Fritz says, “Being certified as an MBE and WBE company not only opens doors for our organization, but it proves the value that we bring to each of our clients in our diverse and global solutions and expertise. We are proud to be a Minority Owned and Women Owned organization while providing an engineered approach to supply chains throughout North America.”
