One of the reasons I was attracted to LDM Global is hands down the best practices that are in play. I believe these processes have allowed LDM to be a proactive consulting firm in an industry that was built on being reactive.

LDM Global is pleased to welcome Sharon Spiser to the newly created position of Solutions Director. Spiser has more than 20 years’ experience in the eDiscovery and litigation support industry.
Spiser has in-depth experience consulting with law firms and general counsel on implementing a workflow that epitomizes their strategy while ensuring best practices are being followed throughout the discovery phase. Spiser specializes in maximizing efforts on the front end so that in-house resources are spent preparing for the matter at hand. She also has worked on many government matters, ensuring guidelines are being met when responding to a formal request. She is a certified Review and Analytics Administrator with Xerox’s eDiscovery tool Viewpoint.
“We are thrilled to have Sharon on board. Her experience working both behind the scenes and directly with clients enables her to have extremely diverse knowledge of the eDiscovery process,” said Vice President of Global Operations Paul L. Renehan Jr. “We are seeing significant growth in our number of small and mid-size law firm clients, and these clients are drawn to our consultative approach. Sharon can help enhance that consultative aspect with our clients.”
Spiser’s role as Solutions Director will include a dual focus, working on internal projects and directly with clients. The role will include high levels of consulting, problem solving and project management. By hiring a Solutions Director with such a high level of experience, LDM Global is once again raising the bar when it comes to exceeding clients’ expectations.
“One of the reasons I was attracted to LDM Global is hands down the best practices that are in play. I believe these processes have allowed LDM to be a proactive consulting firm in an industry that was built on being reactive,” Spiser said. “Our business has evolved so much over the years; today we are an extension of the case team with the responsibility of identifying risk on the front end and ensuring their obligations are satisfied throughout. It is very difficult to accomplish this in a reactive environment, so that’s why I’m excited about the opportunities at LDM.”
