Prior to joining Synergy, Kathy was Regional Vice President of the Mountain West Region for Adecco. As Regional Vice President she was an innovative leader with expertise in growing regional sales and building results, leading sales and operational teams across five states. Prior to Adecco she served as a Regional Vice President for AppleOne. Prior to AppleOne she was a Managing Partner with Xpertalent in Dallas. Her Workforce Solutions experience includes contingent labor, MSP, VMS and RPO. Early in her career Kathy served in various financial leadership roles within the Banking industry. She graduated from Southern Methodist University (SMU), Dallas, with a BBA degree in Accounting/Finance.
