8 Year Old Pop Star Alexaundrea Freeman to Perform Orlando
Boca Raton, FL (PRWEB) August 19, 2015 -- Pint-sized pop star Alexaundrea Freeman is set to perform in front of a crowd of more than 600 people Thursday in the sunshine state where dreams come true.
Freeman, who is eight years old, is about to release her very first EP featuring three original songs that she wrote, co-produced and sang herself. The album, called “Kindergarten Wishes & First Grade Dreams,” is a collection of songs she began writing when she was just a kindergartener and that she finished when she was in first grade.
Freeman has written many of her songs based on her real-world experiences. For example, the first song on the EP, a track called “Be Nice,” is based on a bullying incident she experienced. With the song, Freeman hopes to remind her peers that they should treat each other with kindness and respect.
“I wrote ‘Be Nice’ because I was getting bullied in school and I didn’t think I fit in,” Freeman says. “I didn’t want other kids to have to feel the same way, and they should be kind to each other all the time.”
Also on the EP are “Schools In, Summer’s Out,” which represents a fun way for Freeman to gripe about school and the end of summer using kid-friendly lyrics and a pop beat. And there’s also “Take Me to the Highway,” which Freeman crafted out of her own imagination while sitting at her piano and thinking about her love of music.
“I am really excited about releasing my first EP and sharing it with people at my upcoming concert,” Freeman said. “I just love singing my music for everyone!”
Alexaundrea Freeman’s upcoming concert will take place at 6 pm on Thursday, Aug. 20 in Orlando, Fl. Her EP will be available on iTunes, Google Play, I Heart Radio, Amazon and various others. To learn more, visit and subscribe https://www.youtube.com/user/MissAlexFreeman.
