Entrata Announces Expanded Leasing Center™ Headquarters

The new location on the Novell Campus in Provo, Utah will allow Entrata to double the amount of leasing specialists working in its call center from 250 employees to 500 employees.
Backed by the Entrata Platform, the Leasing Center is a 24/7, bilingual management service established to help multifamily property management companies handle day-to-day leasing and office interactions--from answering resident inquiries and requests to assisting with prospect lead generation and lease execution.
The Leasing Center’s new layout offers open spaces, an interactive break room, specialized furniture and conference rooms designed to attract top talent and improve coaching between supervisors and leasing specialists.

The Leasing Center currently processes more than two million calls annually for 100 unique property management clients. A study of 10,000 callers demonstrated that 98 percent of calls to properties using the Leasing Center are answered compared to only 33 percent of calls to properties not using a similar service.
