The Leasing Center has handled more than 84,000 of our leads this year, and we’ve seen a conversion rate of almost 32 percent.

Entrata, real estate’s fastest growing software company, announced today the relocation of its Leasing Center™ headquarters to accommodate for its rapid growth. The new location on the Novell Campus in Provo, Utah will allow Entrata to double the amount of leasing specialists working in its call center from 250 employees to 500 employees.
Backed by the Entrata Platform, the Leasing Center is a 24/7, bilingual management service established to help multifamily property management companies handle day-to-day leasing and office interactions--from answering resident inquiries and requests to assisting with prospect lead generation and lease execution.
The Leasing Center’s new layout offers open spaces, an interactive break room, specialized furniture and conference rooms designed to attract top talent and improve coaching between supervisors and leasing specialists.
“We’ve designed the space to better focus on our team so we are able to increasingly provide the excellent customer care our clients have come to expect from our leasing specialists,” said Trevor Riley, vice president of the Leasing Center. “Our relentless dedication to providing our clients with increased lead conversion, better reporting and outstanding service will continue to be our focus in the new space,” said Riley.
The Leasing Center currently processes more than two million calls annually for 100 unique property management clients. A study of 10,000 callers demonstrated that 98 percent of calls to properties using the Leasing Center are answered compared to only 33 percent of calls to properties not using a similar service.
“We find that the majority of prospects who speak with Leasing Center specialists are positively influenced by the friendly, knowledgeable staff, and the proof is in the numbers,“ said Ryan Perez, marketing vice president of Landmark Apartment Trust, Inc., owner and operator of more than 30,000 apartment units across the United States. “The Leasing Center has handled more than 84,000 of our leads this year, and we’ve seen a conversion rate of almost 32 percent*,” said Perez.
In addition to the expansion, Entrata has also launched a work-at-home program in which leasing specialists can act as virtual leasing agents from the comfort of a home office.
“The new program and expansion provides significant opportunities to meet the growing demands of our clients while maintaining the utmost quality in customer service,” said Riley.
