New Chicago-Based Coworking Service, Deskpass, Opens Doors For Easier, More Affordable, Greater Access To Creative Spaces
Chicago, IL (PRWEB) August 25, 2015 -- Chicagoans with flexible, on-the-go schedules looking for inspiring workplaces need look no further. From the founders of Desktime comes Chicago’s largest network of creative coworking spaces, Deskpass. It’s the Windy City’s new Rolodex of highly appealing, innovative spaces for half the cost of typical coworking spaces.
Deskpass is a simple-to-use, subscription-based service that provides access to coworking spaces in real time via an iOS app. It allows members access to over 25 different locations for coworking; members simply use the iOS app to book a space, upon arriving there, quickly check in and get to work.
“On-the-go professionals are increasingly looking for ways to be inspired by their surroundings, and many businesses also are realizing that the typical 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. office space of the past, often including dreary cubicles, is not what their employees want,” said Sam Rosen, co-founder of Deskpass. With Deskpass, professionals including independent contractors, remote workers, and small teams now have more inspiring workplaces available to them that are more conducive for their lifestyles and needs. The simple iOS app allows flexibility in the workplace which in turn, allows employees to be more creative and work efficiently.
“Our design team can focus on what they do best in an environment that feeds their creativity and plays especially to their strengths,” said Alisa Wolfson, exec VP-head of design at Leo Burnett, on Leo Burnett’s decision to adopt Deskpass.
Deskpass members are offered the option to visit each coworking location up to five times per month for a total subscription of just $199; members can stay in one place for a week, or change up locations each day. Given the more than 25 spaces throughout the Chicagoland area, Deskpass gives a breadth of options for those seeking creativity and flexibility and allows them to network their way around Chicago. Additionally, users who register for Deskpass before September 15, 2015 will receive $100 off the first month’s membership fee.
The unique style of each space ranges from lofts with open common space, such as Assemble in the West Loop, that are best for idea-sharing, to modern spaces with clean, sleek lines for client meetings, such as Space in River North. Available spaces for Deskpass members include locations in River North, West Loop, Central Loop, Lakeview, Gold Coast/ Old Town, Wickerpark, Logan Square, Ravenswood, Wilmette, Glenview and Gurnee; new locations are in the works.
