Zojirushi’s new Fresh Brew Plus Thermal Carafe Coffee Maker (EC-YSC100) was awarded as one of the Best New Products at the Summer 2015 NY NOW® Show that ran last week at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New York City. Winning exhibitors were recognized for excellence in Tabletop + Gourmet Housewares in four categories—cooking, dining, gourmet accessories and kitchen preparation—with Zojirushi’s Fresh Brew Plus taking top honors for cookware.

With a generous 10-cup capacity, the Fresh Brew Plus heats water to 200 degrees—the ideal temperature for brewing the best tasting coffee. Made with durable stainless steel, the carafe uses Zojirushi’s advanced vacuum insulation technology to help keep coffee as fresh and great tasting—without that “burnt” flavor—as when it was first brewed. The Fresh Brew Plus is available for a suggested retail price of $190.

The NY NOW® product awards spotlight the most innovative new home and lifestyle products in multiple categories. More than 50 products are designated as award-winners by panels of trade and consumer editors and industry experts, as well as by popular vote conducted via online balloting. Criteria for selection includes innovative design, product solution, aesthetic appeal, creativity and new material or technology. The summer 2015 edition of NY NOW®, the Market for Home, Lifestyle + Gift, ran last Saturday, August 15 through Wednesday, August 19, 2015, at New York City’s Jacob K.
