David MacFadyen, CEO of iHire, LLC, received the Landmark Award at the 2015 Baltimore SmartCEO Cornerstone Awards Ceremony on August 12, 2015. The Landmark Award is presented to the county or community making the most investment in helping its local companies succeed. Frederick County was honored with the Landmark Award this year, recognizing MacFadyen as well as David Affeldt of GRSi and Nick Damoulakis of Orases for their contributions.

“Frederick County is a great place to work and live, and iHire is fortunate to be a part of this vibrant community,” said MacFadyen. “Giving back is a natural part of our company’s people-focused culture, and I look forward to continuing to serve our neighbors while simultaneously growing and thriving as a business.” iHire supports many Frederick-area organizations including Frederick Community College’s Women to Women Mentoring Program and the Downtown Frederick Partnership.
