AKA Enterprise Solutions, one of the most distinguished Microsoft Dynamics partners globally, and Green Beacon solutions, a leading provider of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions, announces that AKA has acquired Green Beacon’s Microsoft Dynamics AX practice.

Headquartered in Newton, Massachusetts, Green Beacon has been implementing and supporting business solutions built on Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Microsoft AX since 2001. As the company’s Dynamics CRM practice continued to grow, it made the decision to put CRM as its centerpiece, focusing on accelerating the growth of that practice. After thoughtful consideration, Green Beacon approached AKA Enterprise Solutions to acquire its Microsoft Dynamics AX practice. The acquisition is an asset purchase, and the majority of Green Beacon’s Dynamics AX team members and customers have moved over to AKA as part of the agreement.
