Non-surgical skin treatment company SkinViva has launched its ‘Real Stories’ campaign to the UK media. Their innovative campaign features a series of case studies, showcasing their patients’ experiences of non-invasive procedures, illustrated with before and after results.

Non-surgical skin treatment company SkinViva has launched its ‘Real Stories’ campaign to the UK media.

The ‘Real Stories’ concept is simple yet effective, showcasing a series of SkinViva patients’ experiences with first person testimonials accompanied by photographs showing the ‘before and after’ results.

The Company’s ‘Real Stories’ campaign was initially launched on SkinViva’s new website and is now gaining press and online coverage.

Company founder and Clinical Director, Dr Tim Pearce MB ChB BSc (Hons) MRCGP, explains the concept:

“SkinViva has always enjoyed excellent relationships with our patients and maintained an open and honest style of business and communication.”

“For our new website, rather than use aspirational model photography, we decided to use images showing our own patients’ results with before and after photographs based on our own Aesthetic Doctors’ work. It is a far more genuine and realistic approach which people can relate to and we’ve had excellent feedback from our clients.”

“However, the photography is only part of the campaign. Each and every patient we treat has a unique story to tell about what led them to have a procedure, what work they had done and what impact it has had on their lives. Sharing these stories gives prospective patients something to relate to.”
