Incentive, a leading provider of a complete social intranet for mid-market organizations and enterprise teams, today announced the appointment of Klas Lundberg as director of UX design. In this role, Lundberg will be responsible for Incentive’s entire design process, from interaction design to graphics. As a former user experience and application designer at BlackBerry, Lundberg brings extensive knowledge in creating and optimizing a seamless user experience for web and mobile apps.

At Blackberry, Lundberg was responsible for developing intuitive user interfaces, designing a variety of prototype applications, and redesigning developer tools and websites. Prior to that, he began his career at Basilicon, a Sweden-based web agency. As project manager for web development and design, Lundberg led the company to win a gold medal at the Swedish Design Awards.
