The webinar addresses one of the most important topics in the field of information technology today: cyber security. All organizations are aware of the dangers cyber-attacks present to the safety of their data and online presence. “Preventing cyber-attacks is crucial for any organization in today's technological world,” said Russell Sarder, CEO of NetCom Learning.
“This free webinar offers information on how companies and individuals can obtain the skills they need to meet the challenge of cyber threats,” said Sarder.
A cyber attack is considered to be any online assault that has as its goal to disrupt or damage computer systems, networks, IT infrastructure, or IT data. These types of attacks can be malicious in nature, or they can happen through negligence or mistakes. They can be conducted by one person or an entire organization and cover the installation of spyware on a computer to hacking or destroying all the available data within an organization. Cyber threats grow more sophisticated and dangerous on a daily basis, and no one--from company executives to people doing data input--can ignore it. The free webinar Cyber Security Matters looks at CompTIA's latest security data and offers information on the skills needed to manage proactively security threats to an organization.
