Providence Real Estate Development, a leading Northwest Indiana homebuilder, recently unveiled their new, paired Golf Villa models, the Sycamore and the Cypress. Both models were open to the public at the grand opening celebration on August 15th and 16th.

“We are excited to introduce our new Golf Villa models,” said Kris Anderson, president of Providence Real Estate Development. “Both the Sycamore and the Cypress address our customer’s need for maintenance free homes while offering exceptional living space on a golf course.”

The Sycamore (1,730 square feet) and the Cypress (1,729 square feet) feature a kitchen with dining area that opens into a spacious great room, perfect for entertaining. Two bedrooms, including a master bedroom with large walk-in closet, and an oversized loft complete the second floor. Homebuyers have the option to customize each home by choosing to add a private master bath or third bedroom. Unique to each model is a full lookout basement and over-sized deck.

The Golf Villas are part of the home selection at The Regency which also features single-family estate homes ranging in size from 1,250 to 3,000 square feet. The community is tucked among the greens and fairways of the beautiful Youche Golf Course and Country Club.
