Fully Automated Filler and Seamer Sampling Eliminates Downtime When Sampling Containers

Peco InspX is pleased to announce the next version of its automated sampling system, the SampleTrac III. The SampleTrac III is designed to make operational production filler or seamer container sampling simple. The machine can sample in manual and automatic modes (where it executes a regular sampling program at a programmed interval). Customers can also select sampling of individual filler or seamer head or sample a full rotation. Container ejection occurs via the company’s wide array of diverter and ejector offerings. An optional printer capability can print sampling information such as date, time and seamer head information on each sampled container.

Like all Peco Controls and InspX products, the SampleTrac comes with detailed analytics so that operators can always easily understand sampling history. Customers can learn more about the SampleTrac III at
