This innovative eLearning platform allows dealer staff members to take role-based training courses in order to improve their use of the Autologica DMS and other related tools, as well as learn the dealership’s business processes that are related to their department.
The courses were designed by Autologica consultants and aim to cover and train all of the dealership’s roles. Dealers can use the eLearning platform as part of their onboarding process for new employees, while experienced employees can use it to improve their knowledge of the Autologica dealer management system. All participants can opt to take an exam after each course to receive Autologica certification.
Dealer managers can also track employee progress through the platform.
The platform is available in English and Spanish, and free of use for Autologica customers.
