About Us: CityWide SuperSlow has been offering personal training sessions utilizing the SuperSlow protocol since 2002. They are conveniently located in the Lincoln Park area of Chicago with a 4200 sq. ft. studio that has been designed specifically for those who strength train using the SuperSlow protocol. Certified SuperSlow instructors provide one-on-one strength training using this highly effective and original protocol.
