Andrew Unterlack Joins Law Firm of Eisenberg, Gold, Cettei & Agrawal
Cherry Hill, N.J. (PRWEB) August 28, 2015 -- Eisenberg, Gold, Cettei & Agrawal, P.C., a law firm specializing in civil and commercial litigation, real estate, creditors’ rights, and condominium and community association law, has appointed Andrew Unterlack as a new associate. Unterlack brings 17 years of legal experience to this role, mostly in the areas of commercial litigation and creditors’ rights.
With EGC&A, Mr. Unterlack will represent numerous lending and financing institutions in a variety of transactions, and assist business owners in the collection of outstanding receivables along with maintaining their corporate formalities.
Prior to joining EGC&A, Mr. Unterlack was an associate with The Lamm Group in Philadelphia, where he represented a wide range of commercial clients, with a focus on creditors’ rights and the collection of outstanding account receivables. Before that, he served financial institutions and equipment lessors as an associate with Scott H. Marcus & Associates in Turnersville, N.J.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Unterlack was a senior associate for Lazarowitz & Manganillo L.L.P. in Brooklyn, N.Y., and an associate and legal clerk for Blutter & Blutter in Plainview, N.Y.
He earned his law degree from Hofstra University School of Law in Hempstead, N.Y., and holds a bachelor of arts degree from University of Miami. He is admitted to practice in the Supreme Courts of New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Mr. Unterlack is also a member of the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association.
