Magellan International School Expands Board of Directors and Management Team

The Magellan International School, one of Austin’s fastest-growing independent schools, has expanded its Board of Directors and made several strategic additions to the school’s management team. The staff and board additions come as the school sets its sights on continued student growth, achievement of accreditation by the International Baccalaureate Organization for its middle school, and strategic fundraising to support the establishment of a permanent campus.

Joining the board and contributing expertise in education, finance, law and marketing are the following new members:

  •     Steve Blanchard, Head of School, New Garden Friends School, Greensboro, NC
  •     Laura Ross, Head of Upper School, Greenhill School in Dallas, TX
  •     Christy Rogers, Executive Director,Global Digital Customer Experience, Dell
  •     Matt Ford, Former Finance Director, Dell and independent finance consultant
  •     Bill Reid, Attorney and Partner, Reid, Collins, and Tsai LLP
