ÄKTA Names Sara Frisk VP of Brand Strategy at User Experience Agency
Chicago, IL (PRWEB) August 31, 2015 -- ÄKTA, a Chicago based digital design, user experience and development consultancy, announced that Sara Frisk has been hired as Vice President of Brand Strategy. Frisk will lead ÄKTA’s Brand Strategy practice area, helping clients create compelling brand experiences at all phases of their digital journey.
Frisk is an award-winning designer & brand strategist with 20 years of experience at top firms in Chicago and New York. She began her career in New York at Pentagram Design under Michael Bierut. More recently she spent nine years at IDEO Chicago as Director of the studio’s brand and communication design portfolio. Her award-winning work helped American Red Cross, Brooks Sports, Divvy Bikes, PNC Bank, Redbox, Sherwin-Williams, and Walgreens grow their brands and develop stronger, more meaningful customer relationships. She has served the last three years at president of AIGA Chicago, an organization supporting the education and professional growth of Chicago’s design community.
