Mr. Thirawit Leetavorn, the Senior Executive Vice President of Double A, will speak at the 14th Asian Forum on Corporate Social Responsibility (AFCSR) on 9 September 2015 in Shangri-la Hotel under the session Partnering with the Bottom of the Pyramid (BoP). This session focuses on how social innovations serve the BoP markets. Partnerships with the BoP are vital in implementing new innovations but companies should understand the needs and demands at the BoP level.

Mr. Leetavorn will share Double A’s social innovation, from the sustainable ‘Paper from KHAN-NA’ to a ‘Village Development Fund’ program that aims to create self-sustaining villages across Thailand through a community-based cultivation of Double A Paper-Tree. This innovation generates additional income to community members and brings the community together, thereby creating social harmony.

The presentation is scheduled to begin at 4:00 PM, followed by a question and answer session. Mr. Leetavorn will be sharing the session with Mr. Kishore Balaji, Director, Intel Corporate Affairs, South Asia.
