CMI/Compas Honored as a Finalist for the 2015 PM360 Trailblazer Supplier of the Year Award
King of Prussia, PA (PRWEB) August 31, 2015 -- CMI/Compas has been selected as a finalist for the 2015 PM360 Trailblazer Supplier of the Year award. The agency, well-known for strategic partnerships across the industry as well as individual-level audience engagement services, steers over 400 multi-channel promotional campaigns for its brand clients, and is the industry’s largest buyer of multi-channel healthcare media.
CMI/Compas is a family of companies that serves the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries, focusing on providing strategic full-service media planning and buying and audience acquisition. A leader in the industry for over 25 years and National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMDSC) certified, the organization was chosen as a finalist as they continue to excel in their core service offerings.
Strategic partnership with CMI/Compas includes membership into the Compas Consortium: the largest direct-to-prescriber, cross-channel healthcare media buying consortium in the world, resulting in the lowest media acquisition costs. Along with the Compas Consortium, this nomination comes right before CMI/Compas’ highly anticipated launch of Media Vitals™ 2015. Media Vitals™ is a proprietary primary market research study, centralized in a self-serve digital tool, that gives media teams and clients unique insight into HCP needs, wants, behaviors, and preferences. Covering 26 healthcare professional specialties and 130+ questions, the CMI/Compas Media Vitals™ 2015 study allows pharma marketers to be truly customer-centric by targeting and engaging HCPs based on actionable multi-channel utilization and media preference data. The Media Vitals™ tool provides clients with the most impactful media strategy and insights using the stated preferences of the customers we serve.
“We’re focusing on evolution; driving strategic results for our clients through innovative programs that change the way marketing is done,” explains Stan Woodland, CEO CMI/Compas.
2014 was a year of strong growth for the agency, winning several new clients and achieving industry-leading client retention as part of the firm’s goal of being viewed as indispensable by clients. Internally the agency also grew, reaching 258 employees, grown from 187 just last year; a 38% increase.
CMI/Compas engages in various philanthropic efforts including paying tuition for four students at Cristo Rey High School, who could not otherwise afford a quality education. Their educational program allows students to gain real-world working experience at a local business. The agency provides them with a multitude of ethnically diverse role models and potential career paths. For the first year ever, CMI/Compas participated in Martin Luther King Jr. Day of Service. The companies’ offices closed for the day and employees were encouraged to volunteer to turn a file room into a classroom at The Norristown Project, bag lunches at Unitarian Society of Germantown, read to students at St. Paul’s Baptist Church, and help take care of animals and build shelters at the Humane Society of New York and the Animal Welfare Association in New Jersey. CMI/Compas also continues to host an annual Adopt-A-Family, alongside other numerous charities.
Nominees considered for the Best Supplier Award are judged on innovation in marketing and advertising, development and retention of employees, and social responsibility, including philanthropy and environmental consciousness. The winner will be announced on September 25th at the Trailblazer Gala in the Ballroom of Gotham Hall in New York City.
