Evaluation Based on Completeness of Vision and Ability to Execute

Gartner's scope for end-user outsourcing (EUO) services includes services that span clients' day-to-day management and operations of desktop, mobility and service desk.

Criteria for completeness of vision in this Magic Quadrant include: market understanding; marketing, sales, offering, geographic, and vertical/industry strategies; innovation; and business model.
