Prior to his current positions at Sustained Leadership and Cooleaf, Michael was CEO of Change Management at Stromberg Consulting.    Dr. Chayes has worked as lead partner of Organization and Change Strategy for Pricewaterhouse Coopers LLP in New York where he was in charge of an organizational consulting division.
