The DDC Group is Shortlisted for National Outsourcing Association’s Offshoring Project of the Year Award
Denver, Colorado (PRWEB) September 01, 2015 -- Worldwide BPO network The DDC Group is proud to announce that its Worksop, U.K. division, DDC Outsourcing Solutions (DDC OS), has been shortlisted for the National Outsourcing Association’s Offshoring Project of the Year Award. The project under the spotlight is DDC's long-term partnership with client Brandbank, both offshore in the Philippines and nearshore in Sarajevo.
DDC and Brandbank have been working together for over five years, a relationship which initially began as a solution to even out the peaks and troughs of Brandbank’s data capture requirements. DDC helped Brandbank understand the value of improved quality and flexibility in business processes. As a result, Brandbank leaders have reduced costs and are focused on their vision of growth into the global market.
Brandbank has moved from a position of supporting purely a UK customer base, to now having DDC-supported clients in the Netherlands, Italy, Belgium, France, Thailand, China and Malaysia.
