The session will feature Elizabeth S. Fenton, Esq., a partner with Saul Ewing LLP; Abraham C. Reich, Esq., Co-Chair of Fox Rothschild LLP; and Nancy L. Wasch, Esq., Co-Founder of Wasch & Ritson LLC.

The program will discuss the issues involved in planning for the transition of law firm leadership from one generation to the next. Often cited as the most important challenge right now for law firms, succession planning is important not only to top executives, but all the way down the ladder, and affects firms of all sizes, from mega-firms to solos and small law firms.
