Gina F. Rubel to Moderate Panel on Succession Planning for Law Firms at 2015 Bench-Bar & Annual Conference
(PRWEB) September 01, 2015 -- Date and time: Oct. 16, 2015, from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Location: Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa, 1 Borgata Way, Atlantic City, NJ 08401
Gina F. Rubel, Esq., President and CEO of Furia Rubel Communications Inc., will moderate a panel entitled, “Succession Planning: Charting the Future of your Law Firm,” presented by the Law Practice Management Committee of the Philadelphia Bar Association. The session will feature Elizabeth S. Fenton, Esq., a partner with Saul Ewing LLP; Abraham C. Reich, Esq., Co-Chair of Fox Rothschild LLP; and Nancy L. Wasch, Esq., Co-Founder of Wasch & Ritson LLC.
The program will discuss the issues involved in planning for the transition of law firm leadership from one generation to the next. Often cited as the most important challenge right now for law firms, succession planning is important not only to top executives, but all the way down the ladder, and affects firms of all sizes, from mega-firms to solos and small law firms.
With many baby boomers looking forward to retirement in the coming decade, law firms need to find ways to cultivate human capital and manage the transition of leadership. The program will touch on the concepts of accountability, diversity, compensation and benefits and a short Q&A session will follow.
Attendees can earn one ethics CLE credit. For more information or to register, visit the Philadelphia Bar Association.
