Peco InspX Announces Inexpensive Sensor-Based Inspection Solution
FREMONT, CALIFORNIA (PRWEB) September 01, 2015 -- Peco InspX is pleased to announce its MultiTrac inspection platform, which is designed for applications that can be inspected using a simple sensor connected to a reject controller. The MutliTrac is ideal for scenarios where a specific part of the container is of interest versus the entire container (which is often best inspected with an x-ray system).
For example, the MultiTtrac can be used to detect a missing foil seal or missing cap. Sensors are also available to validate the presence of a tamper resistant seal. When used with color sensors and cutoff sensors, Multitrac can be effectively deployed for label presence. Additionally, Multitrac can be used for open flap detection on cases and proud bottle inspection. When a defect is detected, the MultiTrac reliably tracks and ejects discrepant container.
Perhaps, the biggest asset of the MultiTrac solution is the extensive applications engineering expertise of the Peco InspX engineering team. This extensive team works from customer's requirements to design the right solutions that will reliably meet the most demanding operational needs.
