Daniel Spitzer Named Senior Director of Business Development by Clearwater Compliance

Daniel Spitzer, a California State University – East Bay graduate with over 12 years of professional experience working in healthcare and advising technology-based startups, has been named the company’s new Senior Director, Business Development.
Mr. Spitzer began his career with the start of Länch Consulting in 2003. The consulting firm worked with small business and technology startups in Silicon Valley to optimize their sales, marketing, and operational efficiency. Mr. Spitzer continued his career with Kaiser Permanente, where he oversaw a number of process initiatives and strategic systems at the headquarters of the largest integrated care organization in the United States.
During his time working at Premier, Inc., Mr. Spitzer helped hospital executives and leadership teams use innovative technology to improve cost reduction and quality improvement initiatives. He has served in management roles at a number of healthcare technology organizations, including EXOS and Symphony Health Solutions. Mr. Spitzer joins Clearwater Compliance most recently from ID Experts, where he developed the market for a new software-as-a-service solution for managing privacy and security incident response.
